“This flour does not contain any bleaches, bromates, or preservatives. However, it still contains the wheat germ, which is the part of the wheat kernel that contains healthy fats, fiber, and vitamins such as vitamin E, vitamin B, and folic acid. ”

Ingredients: Organic White Flour (with Germ), Water, Salt.

Leavening: Wild yeast starter (Zinnia and Basil Blossom origin from my South Florida garden).

No Additives: No commercial yeast, no sugar, no preservatives, no bleach.

Storage Instructions This bread contains no preservatives, but it lasts a surprisingly long time! We can eat a loaf over the course of 2 weeks or so. I store it open side down in the microwave, but my sister stores it in a plastic bag in her fridge and both methods work really well! The fridge in a bag maintains freshness longer, but after toasting you taste nothing but excellence both ways :).
