How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at checkout from the size of your order. Orders over $60 ship free. Below that, shipping starts at $10 for a single-jar box.
How long does delivery take?
Local orders are typically delivered within 2 to 3 business days. Nationwide shipping usually takes 5 to 7 business days. All orders are carefully packaged to ensure products arrive in perfect condition.
Is local pickup available?
Yes. Choose local pickup at checkout and collect your order at the Urban Oasis Project stand, Legion Park on Saturdays or Vizcaya on Sundays. Other pickups we coordinate case by case by email.
What is your return policy?
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@simplymanu.com. We'll work with you to make it right, whether through a replacement or refund.
How should the jar be stored?
The texture stays loose and the oil separates on its own. Stir it before use. Store in a cool, dry place. Refrigeration extends the shelf life. Best eaten within 3 months.
What products does MANU offer?
We make one product, small-batch peanut butter, in crunchy and creamy, from organic roasted Valencia peanuts and sea salt. It is ground fresh every week and packed in a 16 ounce glass jar.
Do you offer wholesale pricing for retailers?
Yes. Cases are 12 jars. Email manny@simplymanu.com with the shop name and location and we send the price sheet and lead time.
