About the food
MANU peanut butter is made from organic roasted peanuts and salt. The ingredients are organic. MANU itself does not hold an organic certification, so please read that as a statement about the ingredients rather than about the company.
Contains peanuts. The product is ground in a kitchen that handles peanuts. If you have a peanut allergy, do not eat it.
Made in a cottage food operation that is not subject to Florida’s food safety regulations.
There are no stabilizers, so the oil separates naturally. Stir before use. Store in a cool, dry place. Refrigeration extends the shelf life.
Orders
An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send the confirmation email. If we cannot fill an order we will tell you and refund it in full. We may decline or cancel an order, for example when a product is out of stock or a price is listed wrongly.
Prices, tax and payment
Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice, although a change never affects an order already placed. Sales tax is calculated at checkout from your delivery address. Payment is taken by Square at the time you order.
Shipping
We ship within the United States. Shipping is calculated at checkout from the size of your order, and orders over the published threshold ship free. Delivery times are estimates given by the carrier rather than promises.
Returns
This is food, so we cannot resell a returned jar. If something arrives broken, or is not what you ordered, or is not right, email info@simplymanu.com within three days of delivery. Send a photograph if the jar broke in transit. We will replace it or refund it.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your password to yourself and for what happens under your account. Tell us if you think someone else is using it. We may close an account that is being used to defraud us or to abuse the store.
Our name and images
The MANU brand name, logo, product photographs and site text belong to Simply MANU Inc. Please do not use them commercially without asking.
Liability
We stand behind the product and the returns paragraph above is how we put that right. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it.
Governing law
Florida law governs these terms.
Changes
If these terms change we update the date at the top. The terms that apply to your order are the ones published when you placed it.
