Description
This is a parbaked sourdough loaf made with organic white flour that retains the wheat germ. It is leavened with a wild starter culture cultivated from zinnias and basil blossoms, giving it a distinct fermentation profile.
Parbaking Process: This bread is 80% baked, then vacuum-sealed to preserve freshness. Simply finish baking at home for 10-15 minutes at 375°F for that fresh-from-the-oven experience!

Leavening: Wild yeast starter (Zinnia and Basil Blossom origin from my South Florida garden).
